己内酰胺生产装置循环冷却水缓蚀阻垢剂的研究与应用

Selection and Evaluation of Corrosion Scale Inhibitors for Cooling Water System in Caprolactam Plant

针对巴陵分公司己内酰胺部生产规模扩建后的循环冷却水系统,分析了该系统用水水质特点,采用静态阻垢法、旋转挂片法以及动态模拟等多种手段,通过对不同药剂的性能实验,研制出了WY2的复合水处理配方,该配方由低磷聚合物、磺酸多聚物及少量锌盐组成。实验结果表明,该配方具有良好的缓蚀、阻垢性能。

Comfortable corrosion scale inhibitor is used to protect equipment in the cooling water system in Baling company.The screening tests of different chemicals indicated excellent ~efficiency of WY2 in corrosion and scale inhibition of cooling water. WY2 was a complex ~water treatment formula mainly containing low phosphorous polymer,sulphonic acid copolymer and a small amount of zinc salt.
