Quality Function Deployment is a quality engineering tool that syllogistically analyzes the requirements of customers on the multi-layers, then converts into design request、parts characteristics、 crafts request and manufacture request .The QFD method reflects the market leading function, the guide line to exploit the products on the basis of the customer’s need . This article takes air- conditioner as an example and applies QFD to convert the customer’ s need to the design request.
