摘要 在新产品构思、开发、完成的过程中,估计有 46% 的企业资源不是在进入市场商业化阶段失败,就是连市场都未踏入即夭折。每四个进入开发阶段的项目,只有一个取得了商业成功。即使在完成阶段——在完成了所有的测试、审查了计划的每一步后,每三个项目中还有一个在商业操作上失败。 It is estimated that 46% enterprise resource already fails before entering the market commercialization stage. Only one from four projects entering the development stages can approach its commercialization success. Even in completing stage ——having completed testing, investigating, planning steps -, there are still one project from the three projects which goes to commercial operation failure.
