摘要
随着厨房电器化程度的日益发展,电饭煲等无油、无烟、美观、便捷的电炊具越来越多地进入普通消费者家庭。与多年前电饭锅刚刚进入市场相比,结构、功能及控制方式等也发生了变化,由原来的内胆外露的普通型,到现在的豪华型全包式,使用功能由单一的煮饭功能发展到煮粥、煲汤、蒸炖等多功能,控制方式也发生了变化,由简单机械控制发展到微电脑控制、模糊控制等。本文重点是介绍米饭的烹调过程以及如何将模糊逻辑、仿生技术、超低频加热保温等应用于电饭煲的控制过程和具体的操作实现方法。
Along with electrification growing in kitchen, the electric cooker and, etc. that are no-oil, smokeless, beautiful, convenient electric cooking utensil have entered the ordinary consumer's family more and more. Compared with the situation that the electric cooker had just entered the market many years ago, structure, function and control method ,etc. have changed. The ordinary type that original interior container exposes, has changed to the present deluxe completely wrapping up type . from single cooking function has changed to and porridge cooking , soup cooking ,steam cooking etc. multi-functionally in function of use.. The control method changes too, from simple machinery control to the microcomputer control , fuzzy control etc. . This article is focused on introducing cooking process of rice and using fuzzy logic, bionic , Ultra Low Frequency. technology to the heater and warm-keeping control process, also explains the concrete operation and realization that is applied in the electric cooker.
