摘要
以水泥生产过程中的分解炉为对象,分析了分解炉内具体的物理化学过程,同时开发了反映分解炉工作过程(流体力学、燃烧学、分解动力学、颗粒动力学)的数学模型,借助数值模拟方法进行了分解炉虚拟样机的开发,为分解炉的设计与开发提供了试验平台。
The physicochemical process of precalciner used in cement production is analyzed, and the mathematical models (fluid dynamics, combustion dynamics, decomposition dynamics and particle dynamics) are developed to describe the work process in precalciner. Based on these works, the numerical simulation method is combined to develop the virtual prototype of precalciner, which can provide an experimental platform for design and development of precalciner.
