摘要
二值化技术是数字图书馆系统中常用的数字图像处理技术,其算法的优劣决定着数字馆藏的阅 读质量。本文给出了一种利用图像灰度统计特征值为阈值的全局二值化方法。该算法可针对不同文本图像的 灰度直方图,利用高低通滤波的特征对图像进行阈值分割。算法具有较低的时间和空间复杂度。
Bmanzation is one of the chief technology in digital image processing in library, The quality of the digital books lie on the result of the binarization. This paper introduces a new whole binarization method by using image gray statistical characteristic value as threshold. In the course of the text image processing, the algorithm can automatically realize the threshold segmentation by using the characters of the high - low pass filter based on the histograms of distinct text images. The algorithm has lower time complexity and space complexity, and has been applied in one digital library system.
