摘要
本文根据《中共中央、国务院关于进一步加强人才工作的决定》精神,首先论述了建立我国人才评价指标体系的必要性和可能性,接着对评价指标体系如何构建提出了基本原则和基本思路,最后对三级指标体系的建立以及指标的筛选、评价时应注意的事项等也分别作了简单论述。
A joint decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council declares China will reform its management of the talents people by forming a new assessment system. Based on this notice , the paper discusses the probability and the necessity of building the system , then proposes how to build the assessment index system and other questions.
