摘要
企业内部激励约束机制是职业经理成长过程中最关键环节之一,本文通过理论分析的方式指出私营企业在整合职业经理时经常存在的几个问题,并针对性地提出了私营企业激励约束机制设计的对策建议。
The incentive and restriction mechanism is key to the growth of professional managers, which is often ignored in studies on the relations between professional managers and the bosses. This article tries to theorize on several common issues in the integration of professional managers of private enterprises, and propose relevant policies and recommendations in designing incentive and restriction mechanisms of private enterprises.
