高校优秀学生干部素质要求简论

高校学生工作的绝大部分工作都是通过学生干部来落实、来完成的 ,因此加强对学生干部的教育和培养 ,不断提高学生干部的综合素质 ,是高校做好学生工作的基本前提和重要环节。基本素质是做好学生工作的前提 ,先进的理念对学生工作实践具有积极的指导意义 ,而工作艺术则是学生工作成效好坏的关键所在。本文作者从论述高校学生干部应具备的基本素质入手 ,进一步提出了优秀学生干部必备的先进理念 ,并结合自身多年高校学生教育管理的工作实践 。

Most of the student management work in universities is executed and accomplished by student leaders. Their development is one of the key factors for successful student management work. Therefore, it is vital important that they get opportunities to improve their overall abilities and nurture their qualities. Although the quality of student leaders is the basic premise for good student management, the work art is the most important in the success or failure of the student management. This paper puts forward the essential quality that the excellent student leaders should have and introduces the work art for managing student work based on the author's own experiences in running the student work in higher education.
