中国省区城市化水平差异原因分析

Analysis of the causes of the provincial disparity of China’s urbanization level

在界定城市化内涵的基础上 ,重新测算了不同年份中国省区城市化的实际水平。构建较为全面的区域城市化影响因素的指标体系 ,利用灰色关联分析方法 ,遴选出不同时期影响省区城市化水平差异的最主要因子。研究显示 :(1)中国省区城市化水平分异是自然条件、经济与社会发展以及技术进步等综合作用的结果 ;(2 )在众多的影响因素中 ,区域综合经济发展、工业和第三产业发展、社会投资、社会销售、居民消费以及邮电通讯能力等 ,一直是推动省区城市化水平差异的最主要动力因素 ;(3)由于历史基础以及不同时期政府政策取向不同 ,不同时期影响省区城市化水平差异的最主要因素很不相同。

The actual urbanization levels have been estimated based on the connotation of urbanization. With the index system designed, the main factors have been selected by grey correlative analysis. The results show that: firstly, it is an integrative result of factors for provincial urbanization levels to diversify in China, which include natural environment, economic and social development, and technical advancement; secondly, the factors that are the comprehensive economic development, the tertiary, social investment & business, consumption and telecommunication level are main permanent momentums that lead to different urbanization levels of provinces in China; thirdly, there are different main factors during different periods because of history and different policies.
