执行力与中层管理者的角色定位 被引量:6

摘要 在全球经济一体化的今天,企业竞争越来越激烈,如何在竞争中取得成功,很重要的要看企业的执行力。没有执行力就没有竞争力。本文在分析个人执行力、组织执行力的基础上,提出中层管理者在企业执行力系统中的角色定位:辅导员、协调员、裁判员、信息传递者、创意者,中层管理者将成为组织执行力系统的中坚力量。
