摘要
谐振腔是高功率横流CO2激光器的核心部件,应用有限元分析对谐振腔温度场进行了仿真,采用试验数据插值建模的方法对有限元分析结果进行了校验,并提出了改进意见。
Resonator is the key component of the high power crosscurrent CO2 laser device. The thermal field of the resonator is simulated with the finite element analytic method. The result of analysis is verified with the method of interpolation models based on the experimental data and the measures of improvement are provided.
