摘要
比较了碱性锌锰电池生产线上,复压机的皮带摩擦送进式与输送带扭槽推进式2种输送方式,指出各自存在的缺点;介绍了磁性材料在输送设备中的应用;并结合实际,分析、探讨了磁铁的长度、宽度与排列方式对磁吸式送料的影响。实践证明,磁性材料的使用提高了生产效率。
In the product lines of alkaline Zn-MnO_2 batteries,the trap-rubbing sending mode and the conveyer belt's wring slot sending mode were adopted in the transport equipment of repressing machine.And the two transport modes were compared in this article.At the same time,their respective shortages were pointed out.The application of magnetic materials in transport equipment was introduced.And from the practice,the effects of the length, width and arranging pattern of the magnets on the magnetic adsorption transport mode were analyzed.It was proved that the application of magnetic adsorption transport mode improved the production efficiency.
