不可否认 ,贵州高等师范教育为贵州的经济社会发展特别是文化建设做出过重大贡献。但是 ,随着社会经济、政治和文化发展速度的加快 ,贵州高等师范院校都面临着社会对师范人才的高学历化、素质化、专业化的要求 ,以及师资来源多样化的挑战。在挑战面前 ,许多院校显得无所适从 ,因为自身在课程设置、课堂教学、科研与教学等方面存在着不容忽视的不足之处。鉴于此 ,贵州高等师范院校应该从转变教育观念 ,更新办学模式和提高办学水平等方面加大改革力度 ,以适应社会对高等师范毕业生的新需求。

Undoutedly, Guizhou higher normal education has made great contribution to the development of Guizhou economic society, especially to the cultural construction. With the rapid growth of social economy, politics and culture, however, the society requests talents of higher academic credentiul quality, specializaion and diversified sources. Facing these, many universities don't know which way to turn because there is much room for improvement including course setting, classroom teaching, scientific research and teaching. Therefore, these universities should change He educational concept, renew education mode, improve the ability of running a school, and enhance.the reform extent so as to meet the need of university graduates of the society.
