摘要
本文综述本世纪初叶以来国外关于鱼类原生殖细胞的特征、起源,迁移及其对理化在子的反应等方面的研究进展,作者指出,从发育生物学观点研究鱼类原生殖细胞在水产养殖科学中具有重要理论和实践意义。文章表明,鱼类原生殖细胞具有脊椎动物原生殖细胞的共同特征;鱼类原生殖细胞的起源和迁移在某种程度上与两栖类相似,但其现有的资料基本属于叙述性质而缺乏实验研究;鱼类原生殖细胞对一定剂量辐射作用的反应比较敏感,热条件可以增强鱼类原生殖细胞的热诱导辐射抗性。引用文献76篇,附图8幅、表1张。
This is a review article which deals mainly with research progresses on characteristics, origin and migration, and reactions to physical and chemical factors of primordial germ cells (PGCs) in fishes since early years of the century. It shows that there are common characteristics of vertebrate PGCs in fish PGCs; the origin site and migration route of fish PGCs resemble that in the amphibians but extant materials in fish PGCs belong basically to a descriptive nature and are short of experimental evidences; fish PGCs are sensitive in response to radiation, and their heat induction of radiation resistance was increased by thermotolerant conditions.And it indicates that further researches of fish PGCs with the aid of methods of developmental biology have important theoretical and practical significances in view of future development of high biotechnology. 76 references were quoted with 8 figures and 1 table in the paper.
