摘要
大家知道，通讯中用得最早的是电脉冲信号。然而，只是到了十九世纪末做出了正弦波发生器，1915年又做出了低通、带通滤波器以后，才开始把早已知道的正弦函数和富利叶分析方法加以应用，建立了“时间—频率域”的概念。这构成了现代信号分析与处理的基础。
A new method for representing Walsh Function is put forward. By this method it possesses the following qualities; group, orthogonality, sequency, periodicity, symmetry aad displacement. The physical concept of this representation is clear. The mathematical form of this representation is simple.Two kinds of generator of Walsh Function is also Shown.
