摘要
叙述了一种简便、实用、准确度高的新型测量液滴尺寸系统,借助高速摄影技术对该取样仪器的取样时间范围进行了拍摄标定,在不同快门开度、气流速度和液滴尺寸条件下进行了该仪器收集效率的理论计算,根据这些计算结果和液滴热力学和静力学理论分析和实验研究结果,该仪器的最佳测量范围为10μm~1000μn,液滴图象自动分析系统采用了CCD视频技术和计算机图象处理技术。
This paper describes a simple,practical,and higher accuracy sample instrument of liquid drop and automatic analysis system of drop spectrum image,By means of high speed photog-raphy, the range of its sampling time is calibrated. The theoretical calculations on its collect-ing efficiency under these conditions of different shutter apertures,gas flow velocities,anddrop sizes are carried out. According to the experimental results,and the theoretical analysisof thermodynamics and statics on liquid drop, the optimal measurent range of the sample in-strument is estimated about 10-1000μm. CCD video and computer image processing techniqueare used in drop image automatic analysis system.
