水平管内单相切向旋流流动特性的LDV实验研究

摘要 以水做实验工质,用激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)对水平管内由切向喷射方法产生的切向旋流在各截面上的时均速度分布、紊流强度、雷诺应力等参数进行了详细地测量,得到了旋流强度的衰减规律,对这种旋流的流动结构有了较为清晰地了解,所研究旋流的入口标称旋流数在1.0~15.7之间,轴向平均雷诺数范围为10000~80000。 An experimental study was conducted to get more insight into the flowing characteristicsof single phase swirling flow in a straight horizontal pipe by the use of a Laser-Doppler Ve-locimeter(LDV).Water was used as working medium , and the swirling motion was pro-duced by injecting total or part of the liquid tangentially into the tube at its inlet. Parame-ters,such as time-mean velocities,turbulence intensities,and Reynolds stresses were mea-sured for every regime at each section, On the basis of the data acquired,more detailed anddistinct understanding of this swirling flow can be obtained. In this study, the inlet nominalswirl number was between 1.0~15.7,and the Reynolds number based on mean axial veloci-ties ranged from 1×104 to 8× 104.
