文档图像二值化编码的研究

A study of two-level coding for the pictures in archives

该文根据人眼的视觉特性，对文档图像中的半色调图像二值化编码的视觉效果进行了研究。研究表明，采用ＣＣＩＴＴ关于Ｇ＿３，Ｇ＿４类传真分辨力建议扫描，应用Ｂａｙｅｒ矩阵二值化后图像的视觉效果几乎与原图像无异。

This paper presents the visual perception effect of the two-level rendition of half-tone pic-tures in archives according to the visual characters of human eyes.It is shown that,if the scanning resolution meets the recommendation by CCITT on G_3 and G_4 facsimile apparatus,then the visual-perception effect of the two-level rendition by comparison with the Bayer ma-trix is almost the same as that of the original half-tone pictures.
