摘要
在轧制小口径无缝钢管中，穿孔机导板是消耗量最大的易损件．在对导板的服役条件、失效形式进行分析的基础上，提出了以金属间化合物Ｎｉ３（Ａｌ，Ｔｉ）为基的铸造高温合金制造导板的方法，经生产考核取得了很好的效果，可应用于生产．
The guide plate of small tube mill for seamless tube making is a partmostly subject todamage. Its form of failure has been studied under the work condition and it is suggesttedthat the intermetallics Ni3 (Al,Ti) based high-temperature cast alloy be used as thematerial of guide Plate. The good result of prodution test proves that it can be put intopractical application.
