摘要
本文报道了坛紫菜自由丝状体的细胞质膜在电镜下所作的观察结果。观察表明,丝状体细胞质膜具有三层结构;在丝状体膨大细胞的质膜上观察到内陷现象;相邻的两个膨大细胞间壁上除了有相通的小孔之外,还有细胞壁的特化物孔状联系;在质膜的内陷中除了有从相邻的膨大细胞经间壁小孔透入的液态物质外,还观察到颗粒物质的存在。根据所观察到的质膜结构和内陷现象,本文还就质膜的功能进行了初步讨论。
The Plasma-membrane of the Porphyra conchocelis cells are found to be rail-likeand three layered structure of plasma-membrane. An invagination is found on theplasma-membrane of the swollen cell. The nutrients can be engulfed by the invagination of plasma-membrane from ano-ther swollen cell through small hole. Granular substance is found to be surrounded by the plasma-membrane invagina-tion formming a phagocytic vacuoles finally.
