企业活力系统外部结构初探

STUDY OF EXTERNAL STRUCTURE OF ENTERPRISE VIGOUR SYSTEMS

企业活力系统外部结构问题涉及复杂系统、环境与管理之间的关系．本文首先应用动态系统演进理论、场理论等的观点，对处于向社会主义市场经济体制过渡时期中的我国企业系统与外界环境之间的交互关系进行了描述。针对这种动态性交互结构建立一种运动方程，或称之为企业活力系统外部结构元模型。然后分别求解处于过渡、突变以及其它结构性变化时的方程解，并应用其结果分别对企业与政府、企业之间等动态交互关系进行了刻划。

The matter of external structure of enterprise vigour systems involves the relationships amongcomplicated system,environment and management. This paper firstly describes the interactive relation-ships between enterprise systems and external environment under the transition period from the plan-ning system to the socialist market Systerm in China,according to the dynan1iC system evolution theoryand the field -theory.A moving equation or meta -model of external structure of enterprise vigoursystems is set up, and is resolved under the conditions of transition , conflict and other structure. Fi-nally,the author depicts the applied analysis of dynamic interactive relationships between en terprisesand the government,different enterprises.
