企业活力系统的要素作用机理的研究

在界定企业活力系统的基础上，建立了影响企业活力的要素体系，指出了企业活力系统结构优化的条件及转换方程。文章通过对企业活力内外部因素变化所产生的不同效果，重点分析了各类生素对企业活力作用的机理，并指出要素间相互作用对企业活力的影响效果。

Based on the difinition of the enterprise antonorny systetn,the thesis develops a system of the es-sential factors that influence the enterprise autonomy,and points net conditions of the structure opti-mization of the enterprise autonomy system and its transfer equation.The paper studies the differenteffects produed by the changes of the internal and external factors of the enterprise autonomy system,and emphatically aralyses the mechanism what all kinds of essential factors influence the enterprise au-tonomy,and points out the effects fastors.
