经济主体责权利配置的效率分析

THE EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF RESPONSIBILITY,AUTHORITY AND PROFIT AMONG ECONOMIC SUBJECTS

通过对于责权利之间内在关系的分析，提出了经济主体合理配置责权利的标准。并在责权利量化的基础上，建立了责权利配置效率的测度模型。最后根据实际调查资料，运用上述模型对陕西主要地区的国有企业９２年责权利配置的状况与效率进行了实证分析。

Through the analysis of the relationship among responsibility,authority and profit(R,A andP),a set of standards has been proposed by which R,A and P can be rationally distributed among eco-nomic subjects. Based on the quantification of R,A and P,the efficiency models for the arrangementof R. A and P are developed.Finally,with evidences from actual investigation,the situation and ef-ficiency of the distribution of R,A and P in the state-owned enterprises of ShaanXi Province in 1992 are discussed.
