摘要
为了实现电弧焊过程的自动对中和焊缝质量控制,必须对焊接缝隙的相对位置和坡口几何参数进行检测.文章介绍了一套自行设计的计算机焊接缝隙检测系统,包括图象采集卡、光学传感器、计算机接口、图象处理软件,分析了它们的基本结构和工作原理.重点讨论了提高光学传感器、图象处理软硬件等抗干扰能力的措施.
In order to realize automatic deviation of welding process and controlling of welding quanlity, the relative position of weld seam and geometrical parameters of groove must be measured. In the present paper, the system of welding automatic tracking seam with a computer system made by the authors was introduced, which comprised a sampling image circuit, a optical sensor, a micro-computer and a control software, The basic structure and working priciple of the system was analysed. The means of improving anti-interference abilities of the optical sensor, image process software and hardware were mainly discussed.
