摘要
在φ600塔内测定了MT环、双翻边阶梯环、单翻边阶梯环、鲍尔环、环矩鞍金属填料的流体力学性能,并进行了比较与评价,结果表明,流体力学性能从优到劣的排列次序为:环矩鞍,MT环,双翻边阶梯环,单翻边阶梯环和鲍尔环.
For five types of packing,metal MT ring,Pall ring,Intalox saddle and two kinds ofcascade mini-ring,the hydrodynamical performance has been measured in an experimentalcolumn with 600mm ID and compared with each other.The results show that Intalox saddleand MT ring have greater flux and smaller pressure drop than those of other three types ofpacking.
