摘要
采用了解压力耦合方程的半隐式方法数值求解湿蒸气汽轮机除湿级轴对称环形通道内可压缩粘性汽流控制方程组,得出考虑去湿槽口抽吸效应的旋流流场;在所得蒸汽流场基础上数值求解水滴运动微分方程,确定水滴运动规律及沉积特性,文中根据某一湿蒸气汽轮机除湿级的计算结果分析了静叶气流出口角、水滴直径、环形通道长度及汽流初始径向分速等参数对级的去湿性能的影响,并提出了关于除湿级结构设计的若干建议。
The field equations of the compressible steam flow in the axisymmetric annular passageof the moisture-removal stage of a wet steam turbine are numerically solved by means of thesemi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations considering the effect of the suction slit.On the basis of the obtained steam field the dynamic characteristics and deposition positionsof water droplets are calculated by using the numerical solution of the differential equationsof motion for droplets.With the obtained results the effects of the exit angle of stationarycascade,droplet diameter,length of annular passage and the initial radial steam velocity com-ponent on the moisture-removal performance of the stage are discussed.Finally,some sugges-tions on the structural design of the stage are presented.
