摘要
采用积分模型等效磁路的方法对继电器的电磁系统进行了分析计算和实验研究,为了提高计算精度,提出了等效漏磁阻修正系数的计算公式。考虑了实践中的物理和工艺方面诸因素,对结构参量进行了合理调整,研制成常开触点型和转换触点型超小型汞润触点开关管和继电器。
The method of equivalent magnetic circuit of intergral moddis used to ca1culate analyti-cally and study experimentally the electromagnetic system of contact relay.In order to im-prove the accuracy of calculation the formulateforcalculating equivelent leakage magnetic re-sistance modified coefficient are proposed.Considering the physical and technological factorsin practice the structure parameters are adjusted reasonably.The subminiature mercury wet-ted contact switches and relays with A type and C type contact form are achieved.
