The Communication Design of the Industrial PC and PLC

在工业过程的计算机监控系统中，上、下位机既彼此独立，又相互联系，层次之间的通讯是一个关键的问题。本文是笔者在为某厂大型机床的计算机监控系统顺控部分研制工作的基础上，从硬、软件及通讯方式的选择等方面详细介绍了，由工业ＰＣ作为上位机，可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）作为下位机的通讯设计。

n computer monitors and control systems for the industrial procedure, the uper level and thelower level can be independent as well as related to each other. Communication between levels is a keyproblem. This article is based on a part of the computer monitor and control system for one mechiantool of a large plant, and detailedly introduces the communication design of the system which consistsof a programmable logic controller as the base controller and an industrial personal computer as theuper monitor in maily aspects such as hardware,software, the selection of communication mode and soon.
