我国海上油田操作费的测算方法探讨

A Discussion on Forecasting the Operation Cost in China Offshore Oilfields

分析了现已提出的对海上油田操作费的测算方法，这些方法均以单因素为测算依据，误差较大．为了在油田开发可行性研究和项目预评价中，更加准确的测算操作费．通过对操作费的大项构成分析、投资影响和产值影响分析，提出了以双因素测算操作费的新方法；运用经济计量学和数理统计方法处理实际资料，得到了新的测算公式．经过对比，测算误差大大降低，基本上满足项目预评价对精度的要求．

he investment based method for predicting the operation cost of the offshore oilfields has beenproved inaccurate. A new method which is based on both investment and output value is presented in this paperby analysing the composition of operation cost,the influence of the investment and output value. A new forecasting formula has also been obtained. This method is more accurate and suitable than the old ways and satisfies the required accuracy by pre-accessment.
