摘要
通过实验分析了棉纺精梳机控制钳板的作用及效暴结果表明,采用控制钳板,可使精梳落棉中短纤维增加,长纤维减少,精梳落棉率可降低约2%;使用控制钳板,给棉罗拉与分离罗拉之间增加一控制点,有利于对纤维运动的控制和须丛的分离接合.
n this paper, the usage and effects of control nipper of the cotton comber are discussed. The analyusis and experiment show that in the dropppings the short fibers are increased and the long fibers are decreased by using the control nipper. The percentage of noils can be decreased by 2%. By using the control nipper, the control point between feed roller and separator roller is added and it is advange not only to control the motion of fibers but also to the separating-reassembling of the web.
