摘要
鱼类年龄与生长的研究，是鱼类种群生态学的基本内容之一。如今我国各类主要经济鱼种的年龄与生长问题，大多在不同程度上已作过调查研究，唯鲽形目鱼类尚未见过正式报告。关于牙鲆的年龄，日本前川兼佑(1951)曾用鳞片对濑户内海的牙鲆作过年龄鉴定，最首光三(1957)对东海的牙鲆也有过类似的报道。
530 specimens of the Paralichthys Olivaceus of Shandong coast were collected from 1978 to 1982, which were composed of the fish ranged from 1-8 years of age.In the Present paper the relationship between the length It and weight wt, and the changing of It and wt depending on time t (conti- nuous age) are investigated. Here It and wt are average values of length and weight of the sexualy matured male and female fish of the same-age. The results are as follows:In this PaPer the assumed conditions wt-aw1t3, st = a31t3-1 for derivation Von. Bertalanffy's growth functions were revised as wt = aw1tb st = asltb-1, then from which the 1t = L [1 - e (t t0)] and wt= had been derived. When the wt is grouped into Beverton-Holtmodel, the Previous finite terms of Power series Wt= of wt could be used.The biomathematical significance of Von. Bertalanffy's growth functions is discussed in this Paper. The six growth Parameters in these formulas are called respectively as:aw - condition factor;b ------ constant of allometry growth;L∞ -------- limited average length;W∞ ------ limited average weight;K -------- coefficient of catabol ism;t0 ------- assumed age.
