高浊度水混凝沉淀浑液面沉速的计算

摘要 对高浊度水混凝沉淀中影响浑液面沉速(u)的因素含沙量(c)、PAM投量(P)、颗粒的比表面积(A)、速度梯度(G)、搅拌时间(T),运用π定理进行分析,得出关系式。并用黄河陕西大荔段泥沙做试验,用多元函数回归分析的方法得出回归公式。用6组沙样检验,其相对误差在1.02%~21%之间。 Presented in this paper is an analysis by π-principle on the fact that affect thesettling velocity (u) of the interface between settling particles and ciar fluid such assilt concentration (C), dosage of PAM (P ), specific surface area of particlws (A), velocity gradient (G) and the mixing time (T). Their relationship can be formulated asfollows:where a, b and c are constants. corresponding experiments are carried out with theYellow River silt in the Dan Section, Shaanxi Province. By in tiparameter inductionmethod, the following equation is derived: Examination with six series of silt samples shows that the relative error ranged between 1.02% and 21%.
