用PCR法检测胸液中结核杆菌DNA

DETECTION OF MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS DNA IN PLEURAL EFFUSION BY POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (PCR)

摘要 利用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测了32例结核性渗出性胸膜炎和20例非结核性疾病患者胸液中结核杆菌的65KDa抗原蛋白编码基因的特异DNA片段。结果表明,其检出率为78.13%,并具高度特异性。提示PCR扩增DNA技术对结核性渗出性胸膜炎是高度敏感和特异的早期、快速诊断方法。 The Special DNA fragment of coding gene of 65KDa antigen protein of mycobacterium tuberculosis in pleural effusion of 32 cases of tuberculous exudative pleurisy and 20 cases of nontuberculous disease were detected by PCR. The results showed that the positive rate of our PCR system was 78.13% and the specificity of detection by PCR was higher. Therefore,the paper suggests PCR amplification DNA is a highly sensitive and specific method for diagnosing tuberculous exudative pleurisy early and rapidly.
