格林巴利综合征患儿血清皮质醇和甲状腺激素的变化

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF SERUM CORTISOL AND THYROID HORMONE DETERMINATION IN PATIENT WITH CUILLAIN-BARRE SYNDROME

对１８例格林巴利综合征（Ｇｕｉｌｌａｉｎ－Ｂａｒｒｅｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＧＢＳ）患儿血清皮质醇和ＴＴ３、ＴＴ４、ＴＳＨ水平进行检测。结果表明：未用皮质激素组皮质醇水平（１６３．８±７５．４μｇ／Ｌ）低于用皮质激素组（３６４±４１μｇ／ＬＰ＜０．０５）。前者为正常水平，后者高于正常值，血清Ｔ３病人组（０．７６±０．２２μｇ／Ｌ）明显低于健康小儿组（１．１０±０．６２μｇ／Ｌ Ｐ＜０．０１）。３例低Ｔ３伴低Ｔ４患者中两例死亡。

Serum concentrations of cortisol and thyroid hormone were measured in 18 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome. The results showed that the cortisol levels(163.8±75.4μg/L) in group A were much lower than in group B(364±141.0μg/L),P<0.05, the levels were within normal range in group A, and the levels were higher than normal range in group B, The serum T4 and TSH were not of significant difference between the group of patients and the group of healthy children,but serum T3(0.76±0.22μg/L) in the group of patients was lower than that in the group of healthy children (T31.05 ±0.36μg/L) P<0.01. Three out of the 18 patients showed lower serum T4 and lower T3; 2 of these 3 patients died. These findings showed that ry-thyroid axis had an acquired defect among the severe patients.
