人密质骨力-电电位与应变关系的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过骨悬臂梁弯曲实验,测量人离体湿密质骨受力后产生的应变和力-电电位,得到了它们之间初步的定量关系,并对此进行探讨。结果表明:人密质骨力-电电位与应变间具一定相关关系,在生理变形范围内,骨的力-电电位随应变增大而呈非线性增加,且骨的力-电电位大小的分布与骨受力作用后的应力大小分布一致。 The strains and electromechanical potentials were measured and was recorded their relationship for the human wet compact bone in vitro under force in cantilever bending experiment. We discussed the relationship briefly in this paper.In the range of the physiological deformation,it was seen that the electromechanical potentials of bone increased with strains in nonlinear.The results also showed that the distribution of the electromechanical potentials of bone was in accordance with that of stresses under force.
