从西安地区正常儿童尿中检测人巨细胞病毒DNA 被引量:1

SURVEY OF URINE SPECIMENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN CHILDREN IN XI'AN AREAS FOR CYTOMEGALOVIRUS

摘要 为了研究人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染的流行病学及鉴定HCMV核酸在尿中分布,我们用HCMVAD169株HindⅢ-EDNA片段制备探针,采用核酸杂交技术对取自西安地区180例3岁~5岁正常儿童的尿标本进行了HCMV相关序列的检测。结果显示出西安地区HCMVDNA阳性者3例(50份尿标本)占6%;咸阳地区HCMVDNA阳性者7例(50份尿标本)占14%;兴平地区HCMVDNA阳性者19例(80份尿标本)占25%。在不同的地区之间,阳性检出率有较明显地差异。 In order to study the epidemiology of Human Cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection and to identify the presence of HCMV DNA in urine,the specific mucleic acid probe was prepared which contains the Hind Ⅲ-E DNA fragment of HCMV strain AD 169. The 180 urine specimens of 3~5 aged kindergarten children, in Xi'an areas were detected by nucleic acid hybridization. Results showed that the positive rate of HCMV DNA was6%(3/50) in Xi'an 14%(7/50)in Xianyang and 25%(19/80) in Xinping. Defferent positive rate among the areas was observed.
