摘要
按Schonen方法使用肌电图对55例已排除神经系统器质性疾病的慢性头痛病人及12例正常人进行3种不同频率的电刺激,观察颞肌最大收缩干扰相于电刺激的潜伏期后出现的两个静息期ES1和ES2,显示2Hz刺激条件下肌收缩性头痛组ES2明显短于对照组(P<0.001)和偏头痛组(P<0.01)。本文认为此试验对肌收缩性头痛和偏头痛的鉴别有一定价值。
patients with chronic headache who had been excluded Organic damage of central nervous system and 12 control persons were stimulated with electric irritation of three different frequencies by using EMG according to Schonen's method.The two static periods ES1 and ES2 in interference phase during the strongest constriction of ipsolateral temporalise muscle were observed in the certain incubation period after elective stimulaions. The authors found that ES2 in cases with muscle constriction headache group was much shorter than in the cases with migraine group when the electric irritation of 2Hz was used (P<0.01). The authors suggest it has values of differential diagnosis between migraiiie and muscle constriction headache using the test.
