摘要
阴道残端出血是全子宫切除术常见而严重的并发症之一。本文报道了我院１９８２年～１９８９年１０例经腹全子宫切除术后阴道残端出血，发生率０．６６％。其原因主要是止血不严密、感染、缝合欠佳等。文章就其预防、处理进行初步探讨。
Viginal Stump hemorrhage is one of the serious common complications caused by total abdominal hysterectomy,This paper reports that 10 cases with vaginal stump bleeding who underwent abdominal hysterectomy between 1982～1989.The incidence was 0.66%.The main causes of bleeding were careless hemostasis and infection.The Practical experience showed that the suture of viginal stump was considered to be the efficient way for arrest of bleeding,Prevention and treatment are discussed here.
