摘要
作者观察了１８例伴胆结石与２２例无胆结石的Ⅱ型糖尿病女性患者的血清胰岛素与血脂变化，发现前组患者的空腹胰岛素和甘油三酯显著高于后组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１），而总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显低于后组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），并扼要讨论其发生机理。
Serum insulin,lipids and lipoproteins were observed in 18 female diabetes with gall stones disease and in 22 female diabetes without gall stone disease. It was found that fasting insulin and triglicerides were higher among patients with gallstones than among those without ones(P<0.01,P<0.001),total cholesterol (TCH),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLc) and high density lipoprotein 2 subfraction(HDL2) were lower in patients with gall stone disease than in those without it(P<0.01,P<0.05). The pathogenesis of the abnormality is briefly discussed.
