摘要
首先依据规则溶体模型,在利用相图及热力学数据的基础上,推导出Cu-Al合金系中各组元的晶格稳定参数和的数学表达式;其次运用统计物理模型处理了Cu-Al合金系中有关马氏体相变的体心立方及面心立方结构的有序相变,分别求得β→β′和α→α′的内能变化△U ̄(β→β′)△U ̄(α→α′);最后根据相变中该合金系自由能变化式从理论上计算得马氏体相变温度,且计算曲线与实测曲线良好吻合。
The lattice stability parameters △and△of Cu and Al in Cu-Al alloy system arederived on the basis of the regular solution model and by the use of the phase diagram ancl existedthermodynamic data,A statistical method is then used to deal with ordering transitions of bcc aid fccon the martensitic tramsformation in Cu-Al system to obtain variation of the intermal energy △and △in process ofβ→β′and α→α′.M. temperatures ae finally calcultated theoretically in cu-Al alloys with various compositions in the light of the expression of free-energy variatiOn during trans-formation in this alloy system,The Msobtained in this study is in good agreement with the experimen-tal data。
