摘要
对三轴瓦主轴轴承润滑理论进行了分析研究,得出合理的轴瓦曲率半径,其半径等于主轴颈半径加上4.4倍轴承最小间隙,并作了试验验证,解决了三轴瓦主轴轴承抱轴、烧瓦的技术难题。
A reasonable curvature radius of shaft bush is obtained through analysing and studing lu-brication theory of main shaft bearing with triple shaft bush. It equals to the radius of main shaft jour-nal plus 4. 4 times minimal gap of shaft bearing. The examination is done. The difficult technical sub-jects about shaft bush burnt and shaft held to the main shaft bearing with triple shaft bush are solved.
