建立了多组多滞后区间常系数线性关联控制系统的结构概念，采用刘永清教授建立的鲁棒镇定等价方法，给出了具有扰动结构参数的多组多滞后区间常系数关联控制系统的结构与关联鲁棒镇定。同时给出了鲁棒镇定的扰动参数与滞后界限的估计公式。

Concepts of the structure and interconnected robust stabilication for interval constant coef-ficient linear interconnected control systems with multigroups and multidelays are established.Basedthe method of equiralence of robust stabilization given by Liu Yongqing,the structure of perturba-tion,the estimation formulas of bounds for delays and parametric perturbation for interconnected ro-bust stabilization of interval constant coefficient linear interconnected control systems with multi-groups and multidelays of parametrics are given.
