摘要
研究了用原子吸收方法通过测定与烟碱生成沉淀的Cu(Ⅱ)量,间接确定烟碱含量的实验条件,测定结果线性范围为0.04~4mg,回收率为98.7%~101%,变异系数为1.0%。
An indirect method for determining nicotine in tobacco is studied by discovering the quanti-ty of copper in nicotine-Cu(Ⅱ)preipitates formed and then calculating the nicotine content.A om-parision of the results shows an error less than 0. 02%, An analytical method is found. which mighthave the significance of determing organic compounds with no need of its pure form as the referencestandard. The results show the linearity with 0. 04~4mg,and give a recovery of 98%~101%。 Therelative standard deviation is 1.0%.
