陕西省新城市发展的跨世纪展望─—态势、幅度、框架

On New Cities Development in Shaanxi Province:An Approach of State,Extend and Sketch

以陕西省情为基础，从新城市设置及发展的角度，对城市空间发展态势、新城市增长幅度等进行了全面论述及预测，并分１９９５，２０００和２０１０年３个阶段做出了相应的时空安排；最后，从城市职能、等级及地域结构等方面勾画出陕西省城市系统的跨世纪发展框架。

Setting up new municipalities is very important for Shaanxi regional socio-ecoi1omic devel-opment.Based on the analysis of natural resources,socio-economic and locational conditions inShaanxi province,the urban spatial development and new cities’increase are discussed and predicatedcomprehensively from setting up new municipalities according to the urban system theory and urban-regional interaction theory.Temporal and spatial arrangement is divided in to three periods:1995.2000 and 2010.And the future sketch of urban system in Shaanxi province is apprached from urban-function,hierarchy and regional structure.
