摘要
依据质量守恒及固定相表面活性点数目的不变性,推导出溶质在前沿色谱中突破曲线的计量置换模型,并对此模型的性质进行了初步讨论。
Based on both the mass conservation and the number constancy of mean active sites dis-tributing over stationary phase stirface,a stoichiometric displacement model of break-throtigh curve for solute in frontal chromatography was presented.Its feature was primarily cliscussed.
