关於淡水鱼类寄生原生动物的研究，外国已有不少文献，但有关我国淡水鱼，特别是几种主要池养鱼的这步面资料，颇感缺乏。
Fifteen species of parasitic protozoa (not including the species of Spo- rozoa) have been recorded from 254 individuals of the Chine e pond fish, Ctenopharyngodon idellus. The seven known species are Cryptobia branchialis Nie, Costia necatrix (Honneguy), Ichthyophthirius multifiliis Fauquet, Chi- lodonella cyprini Moroff, Glaucoma pyriformis Schew, Trichodina pediculus Mueller and T. bulbosa Davis.
