摘要
在对马海毛物理机械性能、组成结构及静电性能分析研究的基础上,通过高比例马海毛半精梳制条优化工艺的试验研究,成功地解决了马海毛梳毛落毛、静电干扰及成条等技术关键,提高了马海毛毛条的制成率与毛条的质量。
n the basis of researching with the physical and mechanical properties, component and structure, and static properties of mohair , an optimum semi-combed topmaking technology has been developed. The keys to the controlling of flyings, static and formation of sliver during carding have been successfully solved, and the top quality and yield of mohair have been improved greatly,the views in this thesis are useful for exmpanding the area of utilization of mohair in its exploiting and commercial processing.
