摘要
围网起网机是海洋围网渔业的重要技术装备之一，它的先进性，在很大程度上标志着一个国家的海洋围网渔业生产力的发展水平。当今世界上海洋围网渔业比较发达的国家，为争捕海洋中上层鱼类资源，力争提高捕捞效率，不断地更新围网起网机，实施了围网作业全盘机械化、遥控操作、中高压液压传动等技术。十多年来，围网起网机的各项技术参数(拉力、线速度)有了成倍的增加。
The Chinese made-power block has approached the international level of 1970s in technic paramet- ers,appearance and drive form.The techniques in medium and high pressure drive have been sueces- sfully applied on seiners and trawlers,moreover the multiple-purpose inserted valve has well perfo- rmance,which have created indispensable conditions for connecting stern net hauler with power block.
