剖析压缩式制冷装置能耗

摘要 所有制冷装置均遵循热力学第二定律工作,在获得冷量的同时必须消耗能量,但这决不意味着制冷装置的运行就无节能措施可言,制冷装置的制冷量和耗能量与许多因素有关,只有充分理解这些因素的影响,才能寻求制冷装置的节能途径。本文就蒸气压缩式制冷的热力循环原理、系统的正确设计、制冷设备的妥善维护和保养等方面对其制冷能耗的影响作阐明,以期达到制冷装置的节能运行。 The operation of all refrigeration system obeys the second law of thermodynamics. To obtain certain cooling capacity there is an adequate consumption of energy. But it does not mean that there is nothing to do with energy saving. The cooling capacity and energy consumption of a refrigeration system depend on many factors. Achieving a better comprehension of these factors provides the approach to the energy saving for refrigeration systems. In order to improve the energy consumption druing operation of the refrigeration systems, the influences of correct design and equipment maintenance on the energy consumption have been analysed in this paper, based on the principles of thermodynamics for the vapor compression refrigeration system.
